WHO WE ARE
Hi there! We are Mike and Amy. We first began using online rental platforms with the intention of searching out more personal and unique travel accommodations that were a better value for our money than hotel chains. In our first year, we stayed at five different places, and fell in love with the concept, the hosts, and the homes. We could decide on a last-minute weekend getaway, and spend little more than a single night on the town.
We quickly decided we wanted to host as well; we made mental note of the personal and helpful touches our hosts provided, in order to incorporate them into our own space.
In 2013, we listed our cabin in the Great North Woods. We found that we truly enjoy and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and safe space for our guests. We have met many wonderful and interesting people, which has made our experience all the richer.
We have a son, and we own two cats and a dog, so we understand the potential stresses of traveling with all of these in mind. Our spaces are both family and pet friendly, so you have one less worry and expense when considering travel.
